Levi Boyd

Greene County, Arkansas

1850 Census, Greene County, Arkansas

Bradshaw Township, 22 Oct. 1850
Dwelling #103, Family #116

BOYD, Levi, 26, m., farmer, born in Illinois (This will put him abt. 1824)
BOYD, Susana, 25, born in Illinois. (His wife, Susana Braden)
BOYD, Elizabeth, 7, born in Illinois
BOYD, John, 5, born in Illinois
BOYD, Thomas, 4, born in Illinois
BOYD, James, 2, born in Illinois
BOYD, Hiram, 16, born in Illinois (could be brother to Levi Boyd)

There is more children, but they weren't in the 1860 Arkansas Census, for
they moved back to Illinois.  Children are: Julia A. BOYD, born 1852 in
Arkansas; Hiram BOYD, born abt. 1856 in Arkansas; William BOYD, born
abt. 1858 in Arkansas.

Levi BOYD had died 1860 in Greene County, Arkansas from consumption (tb)
at age 34.  So somewhere he is buried in Arkansas.  Do not know the name of
cemetery.  Then the family moved back to Illinois.  Levi's wife, Susana, had
married to unknown BOYLES.  I do not know if they got married in Arkansas or
Illinois.  Julia A. BOYD is my great great grandmother and I believe this is her
parents. That is what I am trying to do is make connection.  Will you help me
know my ancestors? Thanks.

Teresa from Oklahoma
