PIONEERS
Crime ran like a river through the north during the early years
of gold prospecting. On 01 Dec 1894, the Yukon Order of Pioneers
was created to maintain ethical standards. Living by the motto
"do unto others as you would be done by," YOOP's pledged to
protect other members and share news of gold discoveries.
