John Boyd born 1803 North Carolina -- Married Elizabeth Pepper--
Lived in Giles County Tennessee moved to Jackson County, Alabama late 1850. John and Elizabeth Boyd both died there in the 1860's.
Children: (all born in Giles Co., TN)

1.  Arebella Boyd born 1828 TN, married Thomas J. H.  Kirby, Jackson, AL

2.  Emma Boyd -born 1841 ,TN

3.  Caldonia Boyd, born 1842-TN,  married Charles Thompson--Jackson Co, AL

4.  Julia Boyd --born 1844--married Benjamin R Franks, Jackson Co.,  AL

5.  William Boyd  born 1848 TN-- married Bettie Huey Madison Co., AL
