Deed: William Boyd to Zachariah Eborn

Written: February 2, 1811

Recorded: November 30, 1811

Know all men by these presents that I William Boyd of Beaufort County & State of North Carolina for an in consideration of the sum of One hundred and fifty dollars to me in hand paid by Zachariah Eborn, the rect whereof I do hereby Acknowledge, have bargained Sold and delivered unto the Sd Zachariah Eborne, a certain Negro boy Named Anthony, which said Negro, I do hereby bind myself my Heirs, Executors, and administrators forever to Warrant and defend, the said Negro from the claim of all persons Whatsoever claiming Unto the Sd Zachariah Eborne his Heirs and assigns forever. In Witness Whereof I have hereunto set my hand & Seal this 2nd day of Feby 1811.
